IT WILL CONTINUE THE GROWTH OF THE INFRASTRUCTURE IN HEALTH

• The project of investment for the next year contemplates the construction, equipment and extension of diverse medical units of the sector health

Tuxtla Gutiérrez, Chiapas. Tuesday, 31.AGO.2010. -    ▀ In ordinary session, the Sectorial Subcommittee of Health of the Shared in common Coplade-Chiapas approved 34 projects that comprise of the program of investment for the 2011, which contemplates to the construction and the equipment of clinics and hospitals, as well as the beginning of diverse directed actions to prevent the overweight, obesity, cervicouterino and mammary cancer.

            In addition, during this second meeting of work, that was headed by the secretary of Health of the state, James Go'mez Mounts, and the chief of a main directorate of the ISSTECh, Jose Alfredo Molina Molina, in its quality of coordinator and technical secretary of the Subcommittee, respectively, two subjects of public health were approached that they are at the moment those of greater relevance: situation of dengue in Chiapas and affectations in rains.

            In relation to the Project of Investment 2011, the members of the Subcommittee validated the construction and equipment of communitarian base hospitals, of centers of health with extended services, of  microregional centers of health, among other works.

            Also the beginning of the following projects was approved: Strategic program of Security Alimentaria and Nutricional, Prevention of Mortality by Cancer Cervicouterino and Mamario, Program of Prevention for the Overweight and Obesity in Students, Clean Program Water and Prevention of the Alcoholism in Indigenous Localities of Region II Stops of Chiapas.

            When exposing the present situation of dengue in Chiapas, the director of Public Health, Hermilo Domínguez Zárate, indicated that in the organization they have been registered in which it goes of the year 789 cases, that in comparison with the previous year it represents a diminution of the 19 percent.

            It abounded that to fight this suffering, the Secretariat of state Health has two attachment lines: systematic control, that consists of the workings of descacharrización, abatización, nebulización and rise of entomológicas surveys; and focused control, when some case appears, the actions with intradomiciliary spraying are reinforced.

            Finally, the coordinator of the Work group of Monitoring Epidemiologist and Preventive Attention, Leticia Jarquin Estrada, presented that 41 brigades of health dedicate themselves to offer medical attention to the families who have been affected in rains in the municipalities from Tuxtla Gutiérrez, Juárez, Ostuacán, Pichucalco, Beaches of Catazajá and Frontera Comalapa.

THEY MAKE CONFERENCE ON THE HUMAN RIGHTS OF THE INDIGENOUS TOWNS

• The purpose was to open to a space for the analysis and the reflection surroundings to the rights of the indigenous towns of Chiapas

Tuesday, 31.AGO.2010. -    ▀ With the purpose of opening to a space of analysis and reflection surroundings to the rights of the indigenous towns of Chiapas, the past Monday was carried out in the city of San Cristóbal of the Houses, the Conference on “Human Rights, in the Indigenous Towns of Chiapas”.

            The Secretary of Indian Towns, Jesus Aguilar Charity Muñoz, during his participation spoke on the state that keep the rights from the indigenous towns of Chiapas, in subjects like the right to the autonomy  and he frees determination, the right to the consultation, the political representation, right of the indigenous women, right to the normative health, security , justice and indigenous systems, right to the diversity  and intercultural education, among others; also it offered an ample panorama about the provoked most excellent events in chiapas, with respect to indigenous towns.

            The holder of Sepi, made emphasis in the commitment that the Government of the State, headed by Juan Sabines Guerrero, has had with the towns and indigenous communities, every time - day said “to day works in benefit of the indigenous towns through the Secretariat of Indian Towns… at the moment we are working in different headings, so it is the case of the project Been of the Economic and Social Development of the Indigenous Towns of Chiapas, and the project on Interinstitutional Strategy for the Prevention of the maternal and infantile Death”, subjects that contribute to a total exercise of the rights of the indigenous towns of Chiapas, to traverse of entailment with national and international organisms as it is it the Maxima house of studies of Mexico, the UNAM and the Bottom of Population of the United Nations.

            Through these spaces one looks for to promote the defense in the human rights, motivating to the authorities, state policeman and, for the implementation  and use of  the individual guarantees surroundings to human rights, taking care of, as it express the present government, with facts and not with words the different indigenous towns from Chiapas, in matter of indigenous justice.

            This event counted on the participation of the Secretary of Indian Towns, Jesus Aguilar Charity Muñoz; the Technical Coordinator  of the Commission in the Right Human in the state of Mexico, Luis Fernandez Castro; the President of the Commission of Human rights in Chiapas, Juan Carlos Moreno Guillen among others.

THEY MADE ENCOUNTER OF SORT AND CLIMATIC CHANGE

- Dependencies of the State and civil associations reunited to give solution to the climatic change

Tuesday, 31.AGO.2010. -    ▀ Dependencies of the State, as well as civil associations met in the City of San Cristóbal of the Houses to carry out the “Encounter of Sort and Climatic Change”, making fulfill this way the Objectives of Development of Milenio (ODM).

            The previous thing, with the primary target to know and to reflect on the causes and the effects of the climatic change in the State of Chiapas to propose citizen actions for the “Conference the International of Climatic Change” that will be made in November of the this year in Cancún Quintana Roo,

            Being present the State Institute of Agua (INESA), the State System of Protección Civil (SEPC), the Environment secretary , House and Historia Natural (SEMAVIHN), the secretariat for the Empoderamiento of the Woman,  Pro Natura a.c., Network of Sort and environment, and the Consultative Council of Sustainable Development. As well as representing women of San Cristóbal of the Houses, San Andrés Larrainzar, and Zinacantán.

            By the previous thing, talks were distributed approaches of the climatic change, activities were made and raised proposals to improve this problem of world-wide nature. Touching subjects like: What is the climatic change? , effects and risks of the climatic change in the social-human and physical-environmental aspects.

            In the table of the presídium they were, the C. Victor Amezcua in representation of the Chief of a main directorate of the Civil defense; Juanita Hernandez Sanchez connects Regional II stops of the Secretariat of the Empoderamiento of the Woman; Alexander Linares Narrow streets, Undersecretary of SEMAVIHN; Robert Trujillo Sanchez Director for Uso Sustainable of the Water of the INESA; Jose Ruiz Osoro, environmental educator; Maricristi Escalante, coordinator of projects of PRONATURA and Julieta Vázquez Acosta, representative of the Network of Sort and Environment at national level, that fungió like coordinator and facilitadora of the event.

THEY LOOK FOR TO INCREASE THE VEGETAL PROTEIN CONSUMPTION IN THE RURAL POPULATION WITH FUNGI MUSHROOM

• At the moment 323 families benefitted with the establishment of 151 modules for the production of eatable fungi add

• The fungus promotes itself mushroom in localities of the 28 Municipalities of Smaller Index of Human Development

Tuxtla Gutiérrez, Chiapas. Tuesday, 31.AGO.2010. -    ▀ Like part of the actions that within the framework applies the State Government of the Agenda Chiapas the UN and to give fulfillment to immediate goal of Development of the Millenium that is To eradicate the Extreme Poverty and the Hunger, it is applied in the organization, coordination with the federation and the FAO, the Special Program of Nourishing Security PESA-CODECOA, that implements diverse productive projects.

            Being the one of the projects production of eatable fungi mushroom, considered an nourishing alternative in rural areas; in addition, allowing the familiar participation and contributing to improve the nutrition by virtue of its high proteinic content.

            At the moment, with the production of eatable fungi mushroom adds 323 benefitted families  with the establishment of 151 modules, which has allowed to obtain an annual harvest of 211 tons to a price average within the market of 35 pesos by kilogram.

            The Secretariat of the Field, affirms that by means of the WEIGHT it offers qualification, support and technical attendance to different projects from generation of income like: bird-raising integral farms, apicultural production of vegetables, projects, protected agriculture, grain production and productive reconversion.

            Strategies like the execution of productive projects are parts of the economic platform that promotes the State of Chiapas, offering to the producers of the organization, the opportunity to optimize their entrance and to improve their quality of life.
