Domingo, 04 of January of the 2009. -     Like a fact without precedents, with respect to the governments of the federal organizations of the country, the Government of Chiapas decidedly impels an integral policy battle to the poverty, directing his attachment lines with the establishment of Agenda the Chiapas-UN, in last October, from the Objectives of Development of the Millenium.

            The conformation of this agenda was been from the managements of the Constitutional Governor, Juan Sabines Guerrero, with the agencies that integrate the System of United Nations and one of the main profits, in the second year of this administration was the installation of the first regional office with seat in San Cristóbal of the Houses, to coordinate the works of the different agencies, as well as to give to pursuit to the agreements established between the Government of Chiapas and this international organism.

            Similarly, Chiapas now counts on the first office of the World-wide Organization of the Health and Pan-American Organization of Salud (OMS-OPS) outside the City of Mexico, which is in the city of Tuxtla Gutiérrez, which will allow to impel specific policies to eradicate diseases transmitted by vectors like dengue, paludismo, chagas, leshmaniasis, oncocercosis, in addition to another flagellum of radical importance like tracoma.

            On the other hand and in pursuit to the strategies raised within the State Plan of Development Shared in common Chiapas 2007-2012, during 2008 the Government of the State destined more of the 27 percent of his budget to take care of the 28 municipalities with smaller Index of Human Development, about 10 thousand 900 million weights, which allowed to take care of headings high-priority, like education, health, fairness of sort, prevention of risks, to mention some.

            For this year and as resulting from the fortification of the relations with international organisms, the Resident Coordinator of the System of Nations United in Mexico, Magdy Martinez-Solimán, has formulated the decision of the UN  to invest in Chiapas a considerable sum of resources for next the three years, which will allow to fortify a twenty of high-priority projects, focused to improve the quality of life of the families chiapanecas.

            This commitment the investment of 6,5 million dollars is come off to give fulfillment to the Agenda the Chiapas-UN, whose results have been recognized national level, by the impulse that has occurred in matter of generation of income, autoempleo, human development, health, education, nourishing security and environment.

            Between the main results to emphasize it is the investment of near thousand 500 million weights, which allowed to diminish the indices of marginalization in 18 of the 28 municipalities with minor Índice Desarrollo Humano (IDH). The main indices were registered in the municipalities of Tumbalá, with 19,9%; Mitontic, with 13,6%; Chilón, with 12,5%; Tenejapa, 13,7% and Oxchuc with 10,7%, among others.

            In this sense, the Government of Chiapas will fortify his alliances, as much with the Government of the Republic, like with the Agencies of the United Nations, to give pursuit to the state Agenda, to elevate the quality of life in the 28 municipalities with smaller IDH before 2012 and it, to be able to reach the Objectives of Development of the Millenium.

 

THEY INAUGURATE CLASSROOMS IN SAN JUAN CHAMULA AUTHENTICATES DIF COMMITMENT WITH THE EDUCATION

San Juan Chamula, Chiapas. Domingo, 04 of January of the 2009. -     Before the aged demand to elevate the educative quality in indigenous communities of Chiapas, the System DIF Chiapas that Isabel Aguilera de Sabines presides over, in coordination with the “Foundation Stairs”, they inaugurated six thermus classrooms in Low the Pajaltón community, municipality of San Juan Chamula.

            In that frame, Eyrie of Sabines thanked for to the “Foundation Stairs” led by Brison Garbett and her daughter Ana Garbet, to contribute with the education in Chiapas, since said is one of the priorities for the government of Juan Sabines and sent a message in tsotsil to the inhabitants of Low Pajaltón,  who contributed the manual labor.

            “Thanks because this school represents the future of many children who now come in new generations, the education is fundamental for us and we are thankful that they have invested and bet by the education in Chamula” emphasized.

            In a coordinated effort with the settlers of the community, one concluded with the construction of six classrooms and two baths with prefabricated materials,   as well as a soccer field, that will be destined for the Telesecundaria No 1251 “Octavio Peace”, which will lodge to more than 100 children of communities bordering to this locality, with covers a demand  of six localities that single counted on primary; also they will be used to develop the alphabetization program.

            In this sense,       president of the Committee of parents of family of this telesecundaria, Salvador Go'mez Go'mez, congratuló by the benefit that means this work, “this material this good one, constructed it in three days, was very fast, when it was of wood entered more cold, before joined firewood, but the smoke makes damage, but with this material already  the children are calm and the teachers” indicated.

            Similarly Mr. Mario Diaz Diaz, inhabitant of  Pajaltón,  it showed his gratefulness with the DIF Chiapas and Fundación Stairs “I am thanked for with foundation stairs and the wife of the governor the classroom was constructed express, in three days, we worked hard, but the school is worth the trouble is an inheritance for the children”.

            After inauguration, the President of the DIF Chiapas gave toys that took smiles to the small ones of the locality, in the frame of the celebrations decembrinas.

            With these actions the commitment of the Government of the State is authenticated to optimize the conditions and for elevating the quality of the education in the indigenous towns,  taking into account the necessities from each region.

 

IN CHIAPAS THE PROGRAMS OF HEALTH IN BENEFIT OF THE WOMEN ARE FORTIFIED

Domingo, 04 of January of the 2009. -     The health of the woman is a priority for the Government of the State, for that reason, to traverse of the Secretariat of Health have fortified the programs of prevention and control of the uterine cérvico cancer and mammary cancer to detect and to diagnose the injuries opportunely you vitiate, as well as to diminish the rate of mortality by these sufferings in women of 25 years in ahead.

            Similarly, the state government reinforced the rear area nets that guarantees the access of all the women to the services of health, through the opportune detection in the first level of attention of the uterine cérvico cancer and mammary cancer, being taken care of in the clinics of colposcopia and case of requiring it, in center State of Cancerología in the city of Tapachula.

            It is possible to emphasize that one of the commitments of campaign of the governor Juan Sabines he was the one to impel the culture of the prevention, for that reason, the Secretariat of Health, in the 2008 made 94 thousand 842 vaginal cytologies, and those that were with some degree of injury they received the specific treatment.

            Also, as it leaves from the prevention of the breast cancer took place 19 thousand 659 clinical explorations and 4 thousand 129 mastografías.

            In order to reinforce those actions, at the end of the 2008 an agreement of collaboration with the municipality of Tuxtla was signed Gutiérrez, who allowed to make 3 thousand additional mastografías in the Clinic of the Woman, specifically to population affiliated with the Popular Insurance.

            Responding and giving fulfillment to the Objectives of the referring Millenium to improve the access to the contraception, in the actions of the program of familiar planning; the last year 154 thousand 948 active users registered themselves, catching to 76 thousand 786 new acceptors and 10 thousands 548 in post obstetrical event.

            In maternal mortality, the year last Chiapas had a tendency to the loss in relation to the 2007, with a reduction of 16 by one hundred at sectorial level.

            The government of the state reinforced the strategies to maintain this tendency, since through the Secretariat of Health a monitoring settled down specific epidemiologist in hospitals, sanitary units of health and jurisdictions, for the identification and treatment of problems of high risk like preeclampsia, eclampsia and hemorrhages; in order to take care of the urgencies opportunely obstetrical.

            Only the last year 349 thousand 599 embarrassed consultations were made to and 25 thousand 690 childbirths were taken care of and important communitarian personage counts itself on a census of 5 thousand 660 midwives, since in the state almost 51 percents of the childbirths are taken care of by them in their home.

            With these facts, the governments of President Felipe Calderón Hinojosa and the Governor Juan Sabines Guerrero,  they authenticate his commitment to establish more and better services of health to the women chiapanecas, consolidating like promoters in the prevention of the uterine and mammary cérvico cancer, besides to take care of with quality and calidez the pregnant women.
